Elizabeth Gilligan
Elizabeth Gilligan is a fantasy author who lives in San Francisco, California.[1][2] Her short story Iron Joan was on the preliminary Nebula Award ballot in 2003. Gilligan has served as the secretary for the Science Fiction Writers of America (SFWA) board of directors, and she frequently attends OryCon and BayCon.[2]
